Beautiful Stradbroke Island

Stradbroke Island - near Brisbane, Queensland

Stradbroke Island here in sunny Queensland is down right beautiful.

Just spent a lazy week there. I've been going over to Straddie just about all my life so I certainly do have an affinity for the place and it's lifestyle - which is slow, steady and laidback.

Weather was fantastic - just check out the piccie below which I took to testify o the weather.

Again, just a top spot to relax.

The fishing was good too.

Mainly Dart which make for tasty breakfast toast topping, though the last day saw some Bream getting hooked as well.

The missus can't get enough of throwing the line out.
